Studying my trade everywhere from Texas to Italy, helped me acquire my nomadic rustic aesthetic. I gained success as a portrait artist, but craved change and creativity. This lead me to a block of clay and a clean slate. Sculpting piece by piece, I soon realized that we are all like clay in the hands of the ultimate artist, Christ. He smoothes our jagged edges, fills the cracks in our hearts and accepts our imperfections. Each day he is molding us to look like Him. Though we will never resemble his beauty, we are a perfect representation of what is beautiful to him.
